I’ve truly enjoyed my internship at Synge both on professional and personal level.
I've operated mostly on the marketing area, supported from professions from whom
I’ve learned crucial skills. Not only,
I was given an insight into sustainability
sourcing, business development and hospitality.
Other than work, Synge was a disrupting life experience:
I had the opportunity to do amazing trips across
Europe and at the same time living in a remote
village in the French countryside; also I’ve met great people,
among which great work connection,
others pioneering guide in my professional career and others friends for life.

My internship at Synge has offered me a lot of new possibilities.
Synge tries to achieve greater things and even if some missions fail,
there’s always a great new idea waiting to be realized.
As an intern I learned new skills as a business development consultant and
not only that but I also got an insight into sourcing, marketing and hospitality.
In Synge you get the possibility to meet a lot of
new people and make great connections.
We got to host people from around Europe, everyone from a different company,
it was a one in a lifetime experience to hear them not only talk about business,
but also about their youth and travels around the world.
Synge has changed my view on work as it’s never
as predictable as one might think.

My internship at Synge has been an incredible
experience allowing me to
travel across Europe, meet the executives
from Sony, Lime, Oatly, Ikea and
discuss their views on sustainability
together with philosophers, artists and
even an organic farmer!
Jan, Synge's CEO, is a great mentor
and dedicated to transoforming business
and education models to meet the current
social and enviromental challenges.
Thanks to Synge I got to visit
international trade fairs, ride an electrical
surfboard on the sea between
Denmark and Sweden, visit Frankfurt by night
on a LIME scooter, do wine-tasting
in Burgundy and visit historical monument
in every city I traveled to...
I met many truly inspiring people that helped me
think and shape my career as a
businesswoman differently. At the end of my
internship Synge offered
me a part time job until the completion of my
university studies

I did both internship and master thesis at Synge. I
wanted to see how I, as a designer, could
contribute to social business creation. The
outcome was so much more than that. I learned
about the importance of creative thinking in the
area of business. I also learned how the cross-
disciplinary teamwork can shapes the company
development but also one's personality and
professionalism. That is why my internship was an
experience that I truly value both on personal and
professional level

I joined Synge as I wanted to have a part time
work during my studies. Not only did I get the job
but I also got to co-define the actual tasks based
on my interest and inclinations. I am currently
working on the battery 2nd life solutions for LIME
electric scooters. I got to visit the largest battery
fair and discuss the possible technical solutions
with well-established companies and also
upcoming innovative start-ups. I have traveled
across Europe, worked with my hands at Synge
properties in France and joined an extraordinary
cross–disciplinary holistic work-away that ended up
with a monastery visit (Taizé). If you want a great
learning experience on all levels then Synge is the
place!
